Uplift Nutrition, Inc. invites you to participate in our video contest for All-Day Energy Spray™, its new energy-enhancing mouth spray. Make a video about how Xytine™,  an ingredient in All-Day Energy Spray, can improve performance. Videos can be about extreme sports, outdoor activities, cramming for a final…any situation where you need an instant boost of extra energy. Use your imagination and get creative. Please create the video in a safe manner.  Uplift Nutrition, Inc., takes no responsibility for someone who gets injured while participating in the contest.

Eligibility

The contest is open to people of all ages living in the United States of America and Canada.

Awards

1st Place: $500 and two cases of All-Day Energy Spray™ plus an appearance in the next episode of ”The Adventures of Sloth Boy”

2nd Place: $200 and a case of All-Day Energy Spray™

3rd Place: $100 and 4 bottles of All-Day Energy Spray™

Up to 5 honorable mentions

All winning videos will be featured on our websites. All winners will receive a free T-shirt and All-Day Energy Spray™ stickers.

All entries must be received electronically by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 19, 2009.

Video Theme

“What Can Xytine™ Do For You?”

Rules

A submission that does not adhere to all of the contest rules will not be considered for an award.

  1. Contest begins on June 30, 2009
  2. Submission must be in English (if language is used).
  3. Submission must not contain copyrighted material (audio or video) that you do not have permission to use. Creative Commons (CC) material is allowed with adherence to the particular item’s CC license.
  4. Submission must not exceed 3 minutes in length (there is no minimum).
  5. Submission must be on topic (“What Can Xytine™ Do For You?”).
  6. Submission must contain at least one mention of Xytine and one mention of All-Day Energy Spray.™
  7. Submission must not contain foul language or slander.
  8. Contestants must upload video entries and provide their video url in the form below as well as fill in required information.
  9. Winners will be responsible for providing Uplift Nutrition with a high-resolution copy of their video.
  10.  Contestants assume all risk and liability associated with the making of their video. Do not try to do stunts or dangerous activities that could result in injury or death.
  11. The maker or submitter of the video, i.e., the contestant, relinquishes and assigns all right, title and interest in and to the video to UpLift simply by submitting it to the contest. This includes rights to the original video as well as copies on YouTube or other websites.

How to Enter

Once you have created your video, upload it to YouTube, Vimeo or your favorite video site. Fill in the form below which includes the url to your video.

Judging

A committee of filmmakers and advertising specialists will judge entries on the basis of originality of ideas, creativity and clarity of expression. Winners will be announced November 2, 2009.
